After completing the brief 2-minute online process of self enumeration, Governor Bagade and CM Sharma also appealed to people to participate in optional but easy and brief process of self enumeration and file all required information accurately.

The accuracy in furnishing details would constitute the basis for formulating and implementing the schemes for welfare of all needy people and development of the state, they said.

According to the Census Rajasthan Directorate officials, a dedicated portal ” se.census.gov.in ” has been created by the department for the online (optional) self and the family enumeration. This portal would remain opened until May 15, 2026.
Thereafter, specially-trained enumerators would go door to door to fill up enumeration forms, they said.
The drill would be conducted even at the houses of individuals or families, who have already filled up self enumeration online.
The door-to-door enumeration and listing of houses and household facilities, will start from May 16 to June 15, 2026.
As many as 1.6 lakh enumerators are being engaged in the state for thed drill, that will be the eighth census in the post Independence India, the sources said.
A total of 103 master trainers along-with 2550 field trainers who would impart the training to enumerators and supervisors.
The personal data, family details provided to enumerator would be kept secret, officials have assured.
